DELIVERY OPTIONS & RATES

• Standard Delivery (R60): Takes between 5 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch. Ideal for reliable, nationwide delivery straight to your preferred PEP store collection point.

• Express Delivery (R110): Takes 3 working days from the date of dispatch for customers who need their gear prioritized quickly.

ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

• Processing Time: All orders are processed, quality-checked, and packaged within 1 to 2 business days before being handed over to our shipping courier.

• Business Days: Shipping timelines apply to working days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and official South African public holidays).

HOW PAXI COLLECTION WORKS

• Store Selection: During checkout, you can select your most convenient PEP store nationwide to receive your package.

• Tracking Updates: Once your parcel is dispatched, you can track it live using your 13-digit tracking reference via our online tracking page.

• Collection PIN: When your parcel arrives at your chosen PEP store, PAXI will send an SMS notification containing a collection OTP PIN. Present this code along with your valid ID to collect your items.

GENERAL SHIPPING RULES & GUIDELINES

• Accurate Information: Please ensure your delivery details, mobile number, and chosen PEP store location are correct at checkout. Cleva Yase Kasi is not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

•Uncollected Parcels: Parcels left unclaimed at the designated PEP store past PAXI’s holding period will be returned to our studio. Re-shipping fees will apply for any returned packages dispatched a second time.

• Order Modifications: Once an order has been packed and handed over to the courier network, shipping speeds and delivery addresses cannot be altered.
